The infamous St. Germain! Its so hard to wear this color, its so bright! But I think it looks pretty good with a layer of gloss over it. Very Malibu Barbie! =)

I layered it with Dazzleglass in Funtabulous.

Beauty Rêverie: Do You Swipe Your Multi-Colored Products Or Use Each Color Separately?

With the much successful release of the degraded MAC MSFs and Dior's new summer color in Rose Brazilia , the trend of multi-tonal products is on the rise. The Beauty Rêverie question this week is:



Redhead MSF for example, I usually just swipe the whole compact. It creates such a beautiful blend, but the lightest color makes a great highlight...I'm usually just to lazy to use it as one hehe.

A Sip of Chardonnay

I'm going to start posting a little more of my work when it comes available so I can get some feedback from you guys. I've done a few photoshoots with Chardonnay from For the Love of Ray J. She's a very sweet girl and totally down to earth. We even went to breakfast a few weeks later. I just got back some pictures and I'm posting my favorites for you all to see. Have a look!

Video Makeup!: Electrik Red - So Good Remix ft. Lil Wayne

I know my next post is supposed to be about BB Creams, but I had to post this! I found out today that another one of my videos came out! This was a lonnnnnggg day on set. Over 12 hours! We also had to travel to 2 locations. It was a...challenging shoot lets put it that way, but by the end of it we had made a great video and the girls of Electrik Red loved their look. Foundation must be flawless in a high contrast black and white video because if not it will show up splotchy and as dark patches on camera. And these girls have been professional dancers for years so they worked their butt off; which means lots of touchups on my end lol.

The video plays the best after its fully loaded. I tried to find it on youtube, but there were so many phony videos on there. I dont know about yall, but I can't stand when it says video and all it is is some fans putting the musiic to random clips and slideshows. I mean really, you took the time to do that? ugh! Anyways. =) Don't forget to pause the ninja music! Enjoy!

My Affair with Laneìge

Definitely gotta give props where props is due. My girl Pink, hipped me up to the Laneìge skincare products and it has totally helped my face out so much. I've been using it about a month now. I've tweaked it a little to fit my needs and I have noticed smoother brighter skin in the time that I've used it. The Laneìge Star White Line is a whitening line designed to help even out skintones and I've found it works great.

Also for the past few months, I've been having the most RANDOM breakouts along my chin. I have no idea what was causing it, still don't. But I do know that with the help of this new skincare regimine, I've seen a significant improvement. I'm a very high yellow girl so when I break out you can tell. And also if I have a scar it can be very noticeable and I hate that! Of course makeup helps cover up our little indiscretions, but its always better to not have a problem to cover up in the first place.

So without further ado:

My Calvary

Morning Routine:

1. Naive Medicated White Facial Foam - I use this first thing waking up. It gives me a nice clean feeling and helps get the sleepy out of my eyes. :)

2. Clearasil Vanishing Acne Treatment Cream- This is for my random spots, its great because it has %10 benzoyl peroxide so it will suck those pores clean! Spot treat certain areas with a nice layer and rub into skin. Its good to let it sit and dry completely for a few minutes before you put on your moisturizer. For one its easier to rub the moisturizer in and it also gives time for the medicine to sink into your skin.

3. Laneìge Star White Emulsion - This is a nice and quick absorbing moisturizer. I usually use two pumps for all over my face. Also, the bottle is so pretty.

Bedtime Routine:

(SOOO I kinda ordered these wrong on the table, but I labeled them correctly and in the order I use them.)

1. Mandom Cleansing Express Moist Makeup Remover - Best remover I've used in a long time if not ever. Removes everything! Stubborn eye makeup, foundation, lipstick, the works.

2. Softymo Oil Clear Mint Cleansing Foam - Something about minty tinglings and scents just equal clean to me. This cleanser definitely gives me that and I feel fresh and clean after using it.

3. Laneìge Renew Essence - smooth, smells good, and helps bring elasticity to the skin. (I may or may not spot treat after this step depending on the way my skin is looking.)

4. Laneìge Eye Designer Cream - Smooth and soothing. I love the way this feels on my eyes. I use it below my lids and above. After a long hard day, the delicate skin around your eyes could use some taking care of. This is perfect for it.

5. Laneìge Star White Emulsion - Love this cream. Its thick enough for me to feel like its actually doing its job overnight and it really does. It also doesn't leave a sticky feeling on my pillow which is fab. My skintone seems more even and brighter. I have a lovely glow from it and its super moisturizing. The Laneìge line' is also designed to help prevent breakouts so I feel good about going to bed with such a deep moisturizer and knowing I wont wake up with breakouts and clogged pores.

Once or Twice a week:

1. Gatsby Black Mega Scrub - I keep this one in the shower. I use it as a nice and gentle exfoliator. I love its clean smell. Its more like...citrus than mint and its so nice and fresh.

2. Kose Seikisho Mask White Peel - This baby is no joke. You leave it on for about 20 minutes and as it dries it gets deep down into your pores and clings to all the ickiness below. Its very hard to take off so be careful and go slowly so you don't hurt yourself. Also avoid your hairline!

And after I'm done with the wonderful routine, I apply My BB Cream. Don't know what that is? I didn't either, was so late about it, but it is fabulous and also the topic of my next post so don't miss it!

Video Makeup!: Trey Sonz - Brand New

My video is out! I did makeup for Trey Songz's latest video "Brand New". I did his face, and 3 of the lead models.  It was shot in Atlanta at the W Hotel near Perimeter Mall and The Velvet Room, a club near Chamblee.

I'm so glad I wasn't in this video. There were so many extra shots and crowd views, I made sure to stay out of sight. I honestly had to hide, after a day of working I was not music video cute! lol

LoliGoth Me

The lovely Kimberly Tia has made me two awesome hair pieces. One is a fastener piece; the other a stunning lolita hat!

KT is extremely talented when it comes to crafts. I don't think there is anything she can't make! She's so very creative and thoughtful. As soon as I saw these hats she makes, I knew I had to have one! Black is one of my favorite colors and I love when its accented by white and silver, so I told Tia she can do whatever she likes!
