Carol's Daughter Black Vanilla Leave-In Conditioner: A Review

I just want to say that I have NEVER finished a hair product. Barely finished any of my makeup. But if my memory serves me right, I've never finished any of my beauty products especially all by myself. This stuff is AMAZING.

The Good:

I cant say enough about how good this product is. Its amazing. I used it daily and it conditions my hair wonderfully without weighing it down. Its light, but you can definitely feel it working as soon as you put it on. Its great for ALL hair types. And it smells sooo good. Black Vanilla. Its really subtle too and not overpowering at all. With continued use you can feel your hair getting softer and softer. I usually use it in the morning when styling my hair, but admit, sometimes I even used it throughout the day just to give my hair a little pick me up. I have super thick hair and it just sucks up moisture and this definitely was a great moisturizer for me.

The Bad:

I have NOTHING bad to say about it.

Overall:

Its great for ALL hair types, that's one thing I love about this brand. It just caters to keeping hair healthy. There's so many things we don't know much about when it comes to additives, but we're becoming more and more aware of them as this knowledge is put out there. Carol's Daughter products specifically leave out certain harmful ingredients that can strip and dry out your hair, doing more harm than good. I'm definitely going to be reordering soon!

New OCC Lip Tar Size & Packaging!

Hey Yall!! Okay, so I always thought the tubes for the Lip Tars were a little bland, but I assumed that as a newer company they'd soon remedy that. And they have! I placed an order for 3 Lip Tars last week and they returned in new sexy packaging!

They now state the company and product name on them. Nothing too fancy, but its a lot better than their naked tubes before. The thing about these though, is that at first glance they look smaller than the previous tubes so I did some research. Unfortunately, they do have 2ml less of product. The former Lip Tars were 10 ml whereas these are 8 ml. So all of you who ordered before, you're the lucky ones. Even so, I still this is a great product and not one to miss out on.

FOTD and September Spectacular Winners!!!!!

Did a quick FOTD with some of my new Style Black products. I had a burst blood vessel in my eye so that meant no contacts or makeup for a while and it sucked! But I finally got to do both last night when I went out to a performance by my sister. Got glitter in my eye and everything, but I was just happy to be doing my own makeup again!

I LOVE my grease paint stick, its so smooth and just awesome. *squee* I also got Nude Rose Lipstick. I got it cause I thought it MIGHT be similar to my Holy Grail Lippie Pure Rose from the Emanuel Ungaro Collection, but nope. It is gorgeous in its own right though, more peachy and a bit sheer with slight shimmers, its a great lipstick. I may do a review on both of them.
